About Us

Malik I. Awan, C.Ht. is the president of Acme Hypnosis Center Inc.

He is certified by two Schools of Hypnosis as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. He is also a registered hypnotherapist. Malik is a highly passionate therapist, with him you and your problems come first. If his clients are reading this paragraph, they must be saying, "that's true".

     At Acme Hypnosis Center Inc. he holds group hypnosis sessions as well as one-on-ones. Here he also teaches hypnosis and hypnotherapy to people from different walks of life. Malik has his students in the United States as well as abroad. His philosophy of life and learning is very simple, "improvise, improvise and, improvise!" he says.

     He understands that when you're dealing with the mind of your client, you cannot go by the book. He always makes his students aware of this fact and tells them how to be ready for the unexpected and how to deal with it using the information your client has already provided to you. These days most of the instructors/teachers/trainers hold a one-week or even a weekend class and tell their students that they are ready to go out there and start their practices. In reality, it's quite different. When these new students try to do some therapeutic work using hypnosis, they turn into zombies!

     Malik knows of a one-week trained "hypnotherapist" who after failing to hypnotize his three or four clients attempted on another and got so nervous he told his client to forget about the session and took out a cigarette and started smoking, the funny part is that the client came to him for "smoking cessation". So, Malik thought of providing quality training to the interested students for a fraction of the cost of live classes, where most of the time is wasted in useless discussions and many days are spent in the process. These video programs are packed with information, which can be easily expanded to many days of training! Time was a crucial factor during the production of these programs, it was not easy because he was the producer, director, instructor, author, photographer, editor, audio/video engineer, light technician, all-in-one, trying to put these programs on tape without any professional technical help. Still, he managed to compile three different video training programs for you. No professional studio or staff was involved, everything was done right in his private office by himself, so he could give you pure, straight-forward and profound information on the subjects without any disturbance!
